A cover for the carbide bit on the Leatherman Raptor Rescue and similar 3rd party trauma shears. Heads up, this is designed for a single orientation, the opening is designed to face outward with the full side facing towards the center.
After damaging a chair or two, and admittedly a few pokes to myself, I modeled up a little cover to avoid mishaps in the future. Hopefully you won't have to use the carbide too often but if you do, this cover is easy to remove one handed if need. If you find your cover is a bit off when you put it on, check the orientation, the pictures included with this model show the intended way of securing the cover.
I've included print profiles with and without my logo as well as multiple per build plate to help with ease of printing. I have also included a few layer height variations for quicker or smoother prints.
