Inland brand filament comes in cardboard boxes with a large hexagonal window in one side.  This cap plugs the hole so you can reuse the box to store things.  Or just cover your filament.  The cap uses an open infill pattern to show off the filament's appearance.

There are two styles here in the .3MF files.  Cubic.3mf uses cubic infill.  It is solid on the back side, so it's opaque. Grid .3mf uses grid infill.  It is open on the back side, so air and light can pass through the window.

Using the .STL files, you can set up any infill you like.  Open Inland Filament Box Window.stl, then add Layer Modifier.stl as a modifier.  In the modifier, set the top and bottom layers, infill type, direction, and density to taste.

I modeled this in Fusion 360.  I've included the CAD files in .f3d and .STEP formats if you want to remix it.

Assembly

It's intended to be printed in the filament that came in the box, though nothing forces you to do that.  I hold it in place with a strip of packing tape across the inside surface, as shown in the last photo.
