This started out as a way to rase my AirCurve 10 BiPap machine up about 15mm so I could use @MVasilakis_835's 3M bayonet filter adapter with a round filter and keep the filter from touching the top of my nightstand. Go check his original filter adapter design out here.

I'm including my remix of his adapter with the files for my base. His design works great with my base. I remixed it to make printing without a lot of supports easier, however my remix requires two parts to be glued together. I used a UV cure Cyanoacrylate (superglue) from JB Weld that works amazingly well on PLA for the glue up.

The base by itself will fit on a 235x235 bed. The stabilizer block under the filter adapter is optional and I included a model that does not have the cut out for it. If you use the block it will need to be glued on. If you want the block as part of the model you will need a bigger bed to print it as one part.

The base has 3 mounting points to attach it to the BiPap. I took the 3 self tapping torx screws out of the machine and replaced them with M3x12mm socket head screws. I was able to screw the machine threads into the plastic and they held fine, but I did end up disassembling the entire BiPap and putting M3 heat set thread inserts in because I wanted to. They were not necessary. In fact it's not necessary to attach the base at all if you don't want to.

The bottom of the base has insets for round anti-skid feet. I used 8mm x 1.5mm round cabinet and furniture bumpers from Amazon. Depending on when you read this they might still be available at this link.

Everything except the gasket for the filter adapter was printed out of Overture White PLA, 15% adaptive cubic infill, with a .6 nozzle. The gasket was printed out of some left over no name TPU with 15% honeycomb infill. The gasket is a tight fit over the bayonet lugs, I warmed it up on my printer bed and then stretched it over.

If this works for you post a Make!
