PDFMy table has a trim with a step under it. Maybe yours does too!
The gaps in the back allow you to thread a velcro strip or other flexible material of your choice.
Included FreeCad project with parameters so you can print to the size you want.
The provided STL is set to clip 24mm deep around a surface 20mm thick.
