Prusa PRO HT90 High-Temp Profiles

The HT90 has a very disappointing lack of print profile presets for the High-Temp toolhead. This led me to create what was missing to make it easier for my co-workers to quickly start prints. 

PEEK profiles are also lacking as there is only a 3DXTech PEEK-CF profile that produces mediocre results at best. PEEK was the main reason this machine was purchased, so I created profiles for those as well and wanted to share.

The .ini includes the following:

• High-Temp 0.4mm nozzle print setting presets (0.1 - 0.3)
• High-Temp 0.6mm nozzle print setting presets (0.15 - 0.4)
• PEEK, PEEK-CF, and PEEK-GF filament presets for both 0.4 and 0.6 nozzles. 

How to install:

• Install the original HT90 configs with the correct nozzle size (or both). 
• Download the .ini
• In PrusaSlicer, click File → Import → Import → Import Config Bundle…
• Select downloaded .ini → click Open
• Select the “Prusa Pro HT90 High Temp [0.4 or 0.6] nozzle” printer option
• All custom profiles will be under the “User presets” for print settings and filaments

Sample Prints: (pls ignore stringing, filament needs to be dried again)

• First Benchy: 0.4 nozzle, 0.2 layers
• Second Benchy: 0.6 nozzle, 0.4 layers
• xyz cube: 0.4 nozzle, 0.3 layers
• Bridge test: 0.4 nozzle, 0.2 layers

Importing the .ini will do nothing if you do not have the original HT90 profiles installed.
