Universal Spool Adapter (50-75mm)

A universal spool adapter for spool holders/hangers that hangs the spool on a rod with 608 bearings. It fits spools with inner diameter from 50mm to 75mm.

Full-size version

• Works best for plastic spools.
• I tested it with spools from different brands with inner diameters from 50mm to 72mm.
• However, it doesn't work well for paper spools as the hub's internal diameter is larger than 75mm.
• It uses more materials but is better at returning to its original shape after compression.

Light version

• Designed specifically for paper spools, it fits securely on both ends of the hub.
• It should work for plastic spools, too.
• It uses fewer materials, which might prevent it from returning to its original shape after compression.

Printing

• *** It must be printed using flexible filament. I used TPU 95A***
• 0.4mm Nozzle and 0.2mm layer height. 
• No support needed

Assemble

• Straight forward. Just insert a 608 bearing at both ends.
• For the smaller one, you need to print two of them.
