Zapfpistole Tankstelle fuel nozzle Petrol station

Unser Kindergarten möchte eine Tankstelle für die Rutscheautos bauen. Da ich kein passendes Modell für eine Zapfpistole als “Spielzeug” gefunden habe habe ich beschlossen selbst etwas zu bauen. In den Dateien sind neben den '.stl-Dateien auch gcodes für den MK3S+ und die PrusaSlicer-Projektdateien enthalten. Um die Bohrungen habe ich jeweils den Infill erhöht um etwas mehr Stabilität zu erreichen. Der Schlauch wird an beiden Seiten durchbohrt und mit einer Schraube fixiert. Die Halterung kann links oder rechts montiert werden.

2m Gartenschlauch Außendurchmesser ca. 16mm

Wandanschluss:

7x Muttern M3
Stift 3x16

Zugfeder 20mm

sonstiges:
4x Schrauben für den “Wandanschluss” des Schlauches
2x Schrauben für die Halterung der Zapfpistole selbst

Nachbearbeitung:
Damit der Hebel schön leichtgängig ist habe ich die Innenflächen der Halbschalen angeschliffen und mit Silikonspray dünn eingesprüht. Die Schrauben können ggf. leicht gekürzt werden, wenn es stört.

Post-processing:
To ensure that the lever moves smoothly, I sanded the inner surfaces of the half shells and sprayed them with a thin layer of silicone spray. The screws can be shortened slightly if it bothers you.
