How to use These files (See photos for side by side comparison)
- DoorCatch DoorFront.3mf
- Attach to acrylic panel. This is the only choice. Pause at 2.80mm height to insert magnets. Check polarity.
- DoorCatch FrameFront Lowprofile.3mf
- Pick one of the following two. This one offers 1mm more clearance to fit the door compare to the regular.
- DoorCatch FrameFront Regular.3mf
- Original design, same size as the backing piece (Frameback regular.3mf). Tighter fit with the door.
- DoorCatch FrameFront Jig.3mf
- A jig used to mark hole for drilling. Essentially the regular piece with a 1mm edge added. Thus it gives 1mm clearance when paired with the regular piece and 2mm clearance with the lowprofile
- DoorCatch FrameBack Regular.3mf
- Backing piece for both the DoorFront and the FrameFront. Insert a m3 nut at height 4.00mm with a pause midprint.
- DoorCatch FrameBack Lowprofile.3mf
- The vertical portion of the enclosure has no space to mount the full sized backing piece, thus this is created. Insert a m3 nut at height 4.00mm with a pause mid-print.
