Voron 2.4 R2 LDO kit Bed Plate Stops and Brush

1) Print each stop using either ASA or ABS. 

         - 4 walls, 4 top, 4 bottom

         - 0.2mm layers

2) Use 3mm brass inserts for each of the holes. Use the brass brush in the LDO kit, also available on Amazon, and modify it as instructed. After the handle is removed the brush should be about 1.525in long.

3) Slide the brush into the holder. Use three 3mm x 12mm socket cap screws with nuts.

4) Install stops and set screw height. Remove the stops maintaining the set height and tighten down the nut to secure the screw in each position.

5) Reinstall the stops, configure your machine for nozzle cleaning, and enjoy.

The new model replaces the plastic holes with threaded inserts.
