WDT Needle Distribution Tool

Ein einfaches WDT- Tool und magnetischer Trichter für 58mm und ein Ständer für beides. Braucht wenig Platz und schafft Ordnung.

Es braucht dazu: 
1 Kabelbinder (nicht zwingend aber sehr hilfreich)
5 Stück 0.4mm Akupunkturnadeln für Düsenreinigung 
1 Schraube M3x20 
3 Magnete 6x3mm

WDT- Tool mit 5 Nadeln (0.4mm Akupunkturnadeln für Düsenreinigung): 
Der Griff muss mit Support gedruckt werden. Unbedingt darauf achten, dass die Bohrung für die Schraube frei bleibt!
Die Aufnahmen für die Nadeln im Mittelteil haben an einem Ende Platz für die Nadelköpfe. Behelfsmässig können die Nadeln mit einem Kabelbinder am Kern fixiert werden. Den benadelten Kern anschliessend in den Griff schieben und dabei den Kabelbinder abstreifen. Mit der M3 Schraube Mittelteil im Griff befestigen.

Trichter: 
Den Trichter "Kopfüber" Drucken und die Magnete im Trichter festkleben. Somit hält der Trichter am Sieb, es kann durch den Trichter "genadelt" und getampert werden. 
Seam sollte manuell zwischen den Magneten gesetzt werden.

Ständer: 
Auf dem Ständer finden das WDT- Tool und der Trichter Platz. Durch die entstehende "Wanne" wird eventuell vorhandenes Kaffeepulver, das an den Nadeln hängt, aufgefangen. Alles bleibt sauber...

A simple WDT tool and magnetic funnel for 58mm and a stand for both. Takes up little space and keeps things tidy.

It needs: 
1 cable tie (not essential but very helpful)
5 pieces of 0.4mm acupuncture needles for nozzle cleaning 
1 M3x20 screw 
3 magnets 6x3mm

WDT tool with 5 needles (0.4mm acupuncture needles for nozzle cleaning): 
The handle must be printed with support. Make sure that the hole for the screw remains free!
The holders for the needles in the centre section have space for the needle heads at one end. The needles can be fixed to the core with a cable tie as a temporary fixation. Then push the needled core into the handle and remove the cable tie. Secure the centre section in the handle using the M3 screw.

Funnel: 
Print the funnel ‘upside down’ and glue the magnets in the funnel. This holds the funnel in place on the sieve and it can be ‘needled’ and tamped through the funnel. 
Seam should be placed manually between the magnets.

Stand: 
The stand holds the WDT tool and the funnel. Any coffee powder hanging on the needles is collected in the resulting ‘’tub‘’. Everything stays clean...
