I have added an upgrade to my 3D-printed cord knitting machine that now makes it possible to wrap cables with yarn. This works through a clever mechanism: The yarn, which is wound on a cone, rotates during the knitting process so that it is evenly wrapped around the inserted cable. The cable itself can simply be inserted into the machine from above and is precisely wrapped during operation. This extension offers new creative and functional possibilities - whether for decorative accents, protective sheathing or individual design projects. You can find more information about the basic model of the machine on my website: [klick].
In my video I show you exactly how the machine works.
