UPDATE NOTE: I ran into some issues with the clamp and adjusted it. The V2 version works much better if your panel sizes aren't exact. I would recommend this one for most cases unless the other one happens to align with your panel fitment.

There are three models included here and a F3D file for anyone who wants to custom fit these to their needs.
The models consist of two panel retainers. These slide into the extrusion and have a lip to hold 6mm thick paneling in place. I use this to hold 6mm thick acrylic paneling to structures made of 2020 aluminum extrusion. These retainers are available in two lengths, 50mm and 200mm as .3mf files.
There is also a .3mf file for a clamp that is pretty short, it has a 5.25mm hole through it and is a snap fit into the aluminum extrusion. Meant to be used to clamp down 6mm paneling using standard slide in nuts and M5 bolts.
The F3D file is of the clamp itself and is there in case dimensions need to be adjusted or some variance of the length, clamp type, etc… is needed.
I did not make this fully parametric, just use the “q” command for push pull in Fusion 360 to adjust surfaces as needed.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
