Wafer filter retaining cap

Retaining cap for Bell Medium Helicopter Main Transmission Wafer filter cleaning tool.
Cap retains wafers and spacer rings onto the body of the cleaning tool and provides compression to the stack to maintain a seal thus preventing internal contamination of the wafer filter segments.
