Decoder Toy

I wanted to share this concept with one of my CompSci classes, but I wanted to add a mask to make character alignment and selection easier.  There is a small “window” in which one character pair can be seen, and a larger window that facilitates moving the wheels for selection.

Remixed to add a selection and movement window for ease of use.
