**It should be noted that as of publishing this remix, I have not fully tested the model to make sure #10 pan head wood screws fit properly in the mounting holes or not. If not, I will either update the model or the description accordingly.**

This remix is for the 65 watt Nexode charger from UGREEN. It has been sized to fit the 65w charger with a slightly snug fit. I added two mounting holes to the original design so that it can be mounted either vertically or horizontally to a wall stud. I also spread the holes out so they're not as close to the center. The holes were sized for #10 pan head wood screws, although some smaller sized wood screws should also work fine.

I made the mounting base thicker so it's stronger and added a counterbore so I can use pan head screws. I made this change mainly because I have very few flat head screws lying around, but I have lots of pan head screws.

The grey prototype I made from PLA and printed it on my Prusa Mini without supports in the orientation found in the file. The black one is the one I intend to use to mount my charger. It was printed on my Bambu X1C using ABS, so any heat generated by the charger won't affect the mount. I used some supports on the black one. If you need to or not will depend on how well your printer handles bridging.

Thank you to the original designer, Tim Witters, for designing the original model and for allowing remixes.

Differences of the remix compared to the original

  • I re-sized the model to fit the smaller 65 watt Nexode charger.
  • I made the mounting base thicker to add strength and to add a counterbore for #8 or #10 pan head screws.
  • I added two screw holes and re-positioned all the holes to spread them out more.
