Zero Deflection Stop Block for T-Track Fences

This is a parametric/customizable stop block for t-track fences. The presets are for Kreg Trak, which accepts ¼" bolts and is 2-5/8" (66mm) tall and 1-3/8" (35mm) wide.

The knobs are sized with very tight tolerances so that the nuts can be press fit into them. A mallet can be used to tap the nuts into the socket, or they can be pulled in with a ¼" bolt.

I prefer to print tools with 3 perimeters and 50% infill, but standard print settings are likely to work just as well.

Hardware Needed:

• 3x ¼" hex bolts (minimum ¾" length)
• 3x ¼" hex nuts
• 3x ¼" washers (optional)

This model is parametric and can be customized with the OpenSCAD customizer for your fence.
