Description
PDFThis is a 1x1 Gridfinity (magnets) box designed to hold the 7-piece Ruthex heat-set insert tools found on AMZ. I printed it in Sunlu PLA on an X1C using the 0.24mm Draft profile with default supports and 0.4mm spacing/0.2mm thick fuzzy skin on holes and contours. All pieces have a nice friction hold while still being easily removed. 6x3 magnets for the base.

Differences of the remix compared to the original
I liked the original model, but it placed the inserts so deep in the block that I couldn't pull out just one with my fat fingers, so I raised the floor of the insert holes and slightly deepened the hole for the iron adapter. Print it with 0.2mm thick fuzzy skin for a nice friction fit on the knurled pieces.
