I needed a strong wall mount that would hold my coat hanger on the wall without visible screws. I first saw this design: Strong Universal Wall Mount, but didn't like the idea of my children disassambling the coat hanger by accident. So I designed a wall mount that features a DIN 912 screw or a wood screw and optionally a M4 nut to fixate the wall mount once its installed.
The slot and insert are meant to be fixated by a wood screw. The biggest screw possible is a 5mm with countersunk head, but smaller ones should not be a problem.
For the locking you can either choose a M4 DIN 912 screw with a M4 nut or a wood screw DIN EN ISO 7047 or similiar (3 or 4 mm will be possible)
I suggest you print in PETG with a moderate infill (since this design is mostly walls anyway) and a layer heigth of 0,2mm. The speed setting of my PrusaSlicer gave me a good result with my MK4s. The part is designed with 45° camfer so you can print it either way. I suggest to print it like this:
I used this wall mount to build a coat hanger for my kids from leftover wood from a US pallet.
This is how it looked like after assembly:
I used animal coat hangers with hidden screws:
These are the files I used for the actuall coat hangers:
