This is an overengineered spray booth primarily intended for air brushing. The 3d models covers all the part needed for this build this booth with the exception of wooden frame, the polycarbonate panels and electronics.
The main feature of the booth is a funnel with channels that direct the air flow upwards and concentrates it into a duct.
In addition to the funnel are various rails and connectors used to build the Polycarbonate top and sliding sides. I used 3 mm polycarbonate and 7 mm plywood.
The rails have 10x3mm channels in this to house the LED strips. I recommend using a cob type of strip to give a smoother light distribution and rated for outdoors. Since this is for painting would also recommend a high CRI value (at least 80+). Higher value means better color representation.
Note: It is common to do these DIY booths with computer fans. They “work” but I needed something with more umpf to push the air through the active carbon granulates. I welcome is any one want to do a remix with a stack of computer fans. (I will try this myself when I find the time.)
