Hello, Bozo! This is a re-design of my original model https://www.printables.com/model/749837-johnny-5-comes-alive-a-3d-print-friendly-model

While not as print-friendly (this one requires more supports), significant detail has been added to the track/wheel system, allowing for multi-color tracks and wheels. The ‘tools’ on his back have been broken out so they may be printed in a separate color (e.g. utility pack can be printed in red) and the lower eyelids now insert into the head in an attempt to allow easier gluing.

All but one item will simply print with no supports; however, the “central chassis,” now printed at a 45 degree angle to the model, will require a handful of supports to properly print.  I've included an example image of how I set it up, and it printed flawlessly.

Similar to the last model, the use of filament as dowels (along with glue) can be used connect the back and front of the head. Similarly, the upper eye shutters attach with filament pieces, easily secured with a dab of superglue. A simple snip with flush cutters removes any excess filament that protrudes from the top of the eye shutters. Lastly, you may use filament to color the eyes and mouth.

The forearms and hands are still a delicate print, so I recommend printing them separately with a healthy brim. Keep an eye on the printer to ensure success.
