A cable holder with four slots intended to be mounted to the backside of a PC monitor. I use mine for extra cables coming from a KVM switch to a work laptop. When not using the work laptop, I disconnect the cables and store the free ends out of the way behind the monitor.
Most cables will fit into the recessed pockets and stay secured on their own, but if you have a thick headed cable (HDMI, for example), there are two knobs to use with a rubber band and prevent them from falling out.
Mount using Command strips or similar double-sided adhesive.
