BSG Viper Coaster Snapable

I needed some drink coasters so I figured why not make some. I went through 4 iteration of the base coaster design so that They can snap together like LEGOs when not in use. I printed these with a overall size of 100 mm diameter and they work great.

I printed with PETG so that they would be moisture resistant and durable. 

I used a layer height of .2mm

[EXTREMELY Important] use 3 perimeters minimum for the coasters to snap together properly. 

I used grid Infill at 20-25 percent with really good results

3 solid layers on the bottom and 4 on the top.

This design is a remix of a viper wall-art imprinted onto my snap-able coaster design, I have many more designs coming soon.

These coasters snap together with a satisfying click, and I could not be happier.
