Using the excellent Aribabox CNC-files for a toolbox results in a nice project, but it can be improived using 3D printed parts.

This are the 3D printed parts to pimp your Aribabox Toolbox made out of 9mm Baltic birch

It contains a handle knob for the top lids - in my opinion an essential add-on. It makes it much more convienent to open the top lid of the toolbox, if the box is folded.
The knobs are fixed with a M4x12 screw which is screwed directly into the printed part. Use a center finder to mark the position of the hole for the knob.

The two rails are designed to make the handle wider since the 9mm is hard to grip, if the toolbox is filled with heavy tools. I have glued them with superglue onto the wooden handle. If your printer is not large enough to print the long version, use the short pieces and print 4 of them.

A set of trays for the upper compartments if you want to store small parts. This trays are a tight fit and should be inserted before assembling final side panel to the upper compartments. Otherwise you need to push them hardly in.

For further details refer to the attaced pictures.

The CNC files for this toolbox can be purchased on the aribabox website.
