12 Keystone 10" Rack Panel
This is a slight variation on Karel's 12 keystone rack panel. I just wanted little slots for paper labels to go in.

Description
PDFCut up some paper and throw them in. I also cut up some plastic to stick in the gap on the front to protect it.
