Increase the number of vertical walls. 4-5 should be plenty.

Print upright with natural supports for best results.

You may want to hide the seam as it could interfere with the design aesthetically. 

I used a lock nut and bolt to hold the arm in place (recommended) for strength. Ive added .STL files for a clip and pin if needed. Again Luvem Studios design.

I haven't tested the weight capacity but it easily holds a backpack full of heavy winter clothes.

I mirrored a portion of the original design to create a hook. I wanted a convenient way to hang my backpack on the bathroom stall door so I could change into mt outdoor cold weather clothes at work.
