Tool Organiser for CNC Router

I designed this bit and collet holder for my CNC router to provide easy access and organization, mounted conveniently on the wall.

The holder accommodates:

• 14x ER20 collets
• 100x 1/8" bits (3.175mm)
• 14x 4mm bits
• 19x 6mm bits
• 14x 8mm bits
• 4x 10mm bits

The material is 5mm plywood, and all cutting can be done using a 1/8" straight end mill.

For toolpaths, ensure to cut all the holes through on the top plate. For the bottom plate, create a 2mm pocket for all holes except the 4 corner mounting holes. Use M3 screws to secure the top and bottom plates to the printed brackets.

Print the left and right brackets along with a spacer piece. The spacer mounts between the plates to maintain equal spacing and can also be attached to the wall for added stability.
