4010 fan toolhead cover for QIDI X PLUS 3

4010 fan are more common than 2006. They are also present on the bearings. In my assembly, I removed the rubber band that additionally holds the usb cable and installed a small radiator on the chip. The temperature on the chip has become ~5 degrees higher than in the camera. With the 2006 fan, the difference was ~15 degrees.
