BUILD INSTRUCTIONS:
Materials ordering list is in the PDF
Filaments from amazon TPU-85A ( ~100g ) / TPU-72D ( ~400g ) / CF-ABS or Nylon ( ~350g ), materials recommended for the best performance and price-value.
(missing from pdf list: steering arm rods x3 L25mm x M3 + x5 ball joint couplers )
BOTTOM PLATE:
Nylon or CF-ABS bed temp 100c hotend 260c. apply plenty of glue all over on the print bed.
no support needed
0.4mm hardened metal nozzle recommended, bottom, top sl. and shell 7, infill 30-100%.
When done, its need to welding together with epoxy glue, or the best option is to use TETRAHYDROFURAN (a bit harmful for the lungs, so due it outside), also the best glue for TPU. (I recommend to leave printing with CF materials for the last time, because it can cause clogging…)
MIDDLE FRAME CONSOLE:
TPU shore hardness 72D (hard tpu) or CF-ABS recommended, because the motor will be attached to it. follow the 7 7 7 solid layers and 30% infill rule, and apply lots of glue if you choose CF-abs.
Maybe you need to cut it half in the slicer if your printbed is smaller than 280mm and need to glue it together by TETRAHYDROFURAN…
no support needed
All other parts are straight forward after this.
support needed for steering hubs and the servo mount, and rear diffuser.
The front and rear shock bumpers need soft TPU shore hardness 85A, the rear diffuser will need support.
I will make this model free, after received 100 likes…, after 50 likes make it half price…
