Wider stepped ogee escutcheon for 1/2 inch pipe

Needed a little more coverage than the original escutcheon, and needed scaled to fit a 1/2 inch pipe for a toilet supply.

Might need even a little more coverage, old bathroom walls get a little grungy.  And jeez, that valve is furry in close-up. :P

Works well at .2 layer height, any filament.

Added an additional radiused wider plate for more coverage at the wall and scaled to fit a .5 inch pipe.
