For fixing ptfe tubes i use metal fittings from old festo push-in fitting (with plastic shell, its easy destruct plastic shell and take out push-in fitting). is it small and lightweight. fittings press inside with vise, not with hammer (it can be damaged-like mine).

adapter print upside down with support only on buildplate.
