CHEESE MICRO-STRUCTURE

My sister has a PhD in food science, specifically in cheese.

She used to look into different cheese lab-sample portions through an electronic microscope. I asked her to pass me the pictures she was taking for her own analysis and I mounted them into 3D structure. Then, I printed in a larger scale so she could see (and touch) the microstructure of the samples she was analyzing.

If I ever have any chance to 3D print this in food printer, it would be nice.
