Laser Jig for Alloy Business Cards

Made this for my gantry laser to reliably position and hold ~86x55mm alloy business cards. They have a tendency to warp when a design has a lot of area and they get hot.

Holds on two sides for a 54.5mm width. Clearance of holding slot is .2mm.

 Slides in without effort. Thumb slot for easy removal. 

Fits on 256mm x 256mm print bed.
