This is a pretty small part, but I made one for myself so why not share it. Sometimes when drilling a pocket hole screw it ends up being a bit too deep. This is particularly an issue in softwoods. The solution is to move the stop collar down by 1/8 of an inch, but once your hole is already drilled you need to adjust the depth. This little washer backs the screw up by 3 mm. It has a 9 mm OD and a 4.1 mm ID, and a chamfer to clear the bell at the bottom of the flat head.

I made a 4 and 5 mm thick version, too.

These go on on a fine thread screw with a little bit of turning, so they stay on while you are working with the screw. They are a little bit tight for 2-½ inch coarse screws, so I made a coarse version with the central hole diameter enlarged by 0.2 mm.
