Kingrinder K1 Travel Cover

This is a press-fit lid for the Kingrinder K1 which features a locking holder for handle, making it ideal for storing the K1 as a single compact unit and for traveling.  Thanks to @cottec for the original design. 

• tight = 52.2mm opening
• med = 52.5mm opening
• loose = 52.8mm opening

-expanded cover into a tight press-fit lid for K1

-added a small notch to hold the arm in place in transit

-smoothed top to improve print-quality upside down
