Assorted Rocket Nose Cones for Paper Towel Tubes

These rocket nose cones were designed for use on relatively standard paper towel and toilet paper tubes. The files are labeled for the measured internal (INT) and external (EXT) diameters of the tubes. The internal diameter will print 1mm smaller for a tight tolerance on the tube. For example, if you measure the internal diameter of your tube and it is 38mm, you should use the 38mm file, but the diameter will print to 37mm so it can fit in the tube. Inside the collar of the nose cone there's a hole to tie off the parachute cord. I like to connect fishing snap swivels to these to help prevent the cord from tangling up.

Printing instructions: These models should be printed upright with supports enabled on the build platform to support the overhang around the rim. I printed mine in PLA at 0.25mm STRUCTURAL with 10% Gyroid infill and they turned out great. I usually give them a light sanding and clean up the point after taking them off the printer.
