🔧 Tool holder - on extension arm - metal board mount

Tool holder - board mount - on extension arm.

Info:

• I just played with polygon arrays to create a holder
• needed some on extension arm for board mount
• choose also infill pattern/density % on the arm itself for additional holding structure

Can be hooked by:

• by printed hooks on the metal board with squared holes
• or with screw heads 

Dimensions:

• metal board: 
  • holes 1x1 cm
  • space between holes: 2,8 cm
• holder:
  • front size width (the rounded part): 7,4 cm
  • height (at heighest point of the rounded part): 7cm
  • total depth: 17,8 cm
  • squared rear part:
    • height: 5,6 cm
    • width: 5,2 cm

Print instructions:

• squared hook
  • PETG, 70% infill, 0,2 mm
  • easy print
  • you need 4 here
  • hooks from https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/114786-metal-board-hook-with-squared-holes-which-fits-in- (the bigger variation)
• tool hold:
  • PLA, 15% infill, 0,3 mm
  • easy print (i have printed it on 200% without problem)
  • choose modifier of your choice (choose holes size by infill %) for another tool holds possibility
    • i chose honeycomb with 15% infill (see 3mf file) 
  • there are also small support enforcers (for hook holes)
    • easy to remove support
    • only 0,5m of filament for support
