Josh's Customizable Z Fold5 Phone Case

I mostly enjoyed using Samsung's S-pen compatible Z Fold5 case, but it had a few downsides. After the top of the front case near the speaker cutout broke, I decided it was time for a new case, with some upsides!

I present to you Josh's Customizable Z Fold5 case! 

The S-pen holder is gone, which both increases printability and prevents the S-pen from fallout out and getting lost. 

After too many revisions, the speaker and microphone cutouts and nearly perfectly centered. The camera bump cutout is also nearly perfectly centered and fairly snug to prevent excessive movement of the back case. 

The power button and volume rocker is exposed to allow for easy access. 

The front case has shallow grooves in the sides for applying adhesive putty or your adhesive of choice. I used this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CXHFP3J2

My case was printed out of White Overture PETG and Translucent Red Polymaker PETG using the 0.20 mm Quality preset and a slightly tuned filament profile on a MK3S with MMU2S and a textured print sheet.

The QR code, text, and fuzzy skin was applied using PrusaSlicer. Make sure to open the .3mf files as a project if you want to use my pre-applied paint-on fuzzy skin.

Future Work:
I plan on conducting drop tests and other mechanical testing on this case, as well as an alternative version I've experimented with that has a TPU inner lining.
