As we are an arena club, we have 4 mobile scoreboards that get stored after each curling session. They are 2ft x 4ft folding tables from Costco laid on their sides. You could easily use anything else as the mounting media, like plywood. We just already had the tables from our first attempt at scoreboards.
All parts were printed with PLA at 100% infill and just filament changes for color changes, no MMU. There's no reason you need to print at 100% infill; I just wanted solid parts for durability. All parts were printed on a Creality K1 Max. I created variants of the card holders and score lists that should fit on normal sized printers.
I used McMaster 90380A146 and 90434A191 screws to mount into the blow-molded tables. I pre-drilled (3/32" dia) the screw holes in the tables using the parts as templates. Screws should be hand tightened, just until finger tight to avoid stripping. I used a 4ft level, clamped to the table, to provide a nice straight line for positioning each row of parts.
If you use something other than these tables for mounting, you'll need to figure out an appropriate screw or other fastening method.
You're on your own if you want to do a club logo or name, but hopefully you can figure that out yourself!
