Takamine TK4NT Acoustic Guitar Preamp Replacement Housing

Motivation

The frame of the housing of a Takamine TK4NT acoustic guitar preamp broke, so that the preamp was no longer fixed in the guitar. I designed a replacement housing.

Printing

I printed the design on a i3 MK3 using PETG, layer height 0,15mm.

Procedure

Take the preamp out of the guitar. Remove the old housing from the guitar by removing the 4 clamps. Unscrew the two Jacks of the circuit board from the old housing and insert it into the printed replacement. Glue a foam rubber pad to the bottom of the replacement housing to fix the battery.
