Positron 3.2 Hook holder with PTFE 2.0

This is an update to my previous holder to add something i tought of afterwards, a full spool holder

The only thing that is needed is a longer piece of PTFE for the full spool addon

It still has the hook part if you want to use it with cardboard spools and not have the addon part:

Here is with the spool addon piece:

(The addon piece on the picture is slightly smaller, i made it 5mm longer on the final version)

These are the parts needed:

• 1 M3x25 SHCS screw.
• 2 M3x6 or M3x8 FHCS screws.
• 2 13mm PTFE tubes (it can be capricorn or reverse bowden) (i use a 50mm length that comes in the kit which is not used).
• 1 80mm PTFE tube for the full spool addon
• 1 M3x4x5 heatset insert.

The instructions are very similar to the previous one:

Instructions:

1. Insert the heatset insert on the holder part.
2. Cut the PTFE tubes into a 13 mm length and place it on the holder part.
3. screw the stopper and the holder together with the M3x6 (or M3X8, it has space for either one) FHCS, make sure the PTFE tubes go in the holes on the stopper end too.
4. Attach the holder with the M3X25 SHCS through the rail hole(same as the original stopper).
5. Insert the long PTFE tube into the addon piece from the back side (shown below)

Set up is done, to add the spool addon piece, just push it into the slots and voila, simple and quick spool holder for the positron
