Pen for Pilot G2 refill

Print Instructions

Print with 0.2mm layer height, with organic support outside the pen (see the 3mf files). Print any material you would like. I recommend printing it with PETG.

Assembly Instructions

Print one pen and one endpiece. Set it together with a Pilot G2 refill and a spring.

Update:

Uploaded a better version of the endpiece (PilotG2mnm clip v10) - thinner arm + bigger protrusion = easier switch-off.

Update (02.03.2025):

Uploaded sturdier version (v13T1.8) with thicker walls (1.8 mm) and smaller hole (needs drilling/filing a little bit for the refill to fit - but then it is possible to drill/file just enough for the refill to fit snugly, so it doesn't wiggle and writing with it is more precise)
