Tin foil boxes have a tendency to fall apart with even the lightest touch these days. I came up with a box and some screw knobs to help retain the functionality of the tin foil blade while also keeping the box and roll together. Should be a drop in fit for anything smaller than the box dimensions listed further below.

To make your own you will need to print the male and female box parts along with 2 of the knob parts. Alternatively, you can use the .3mf file i have pre-configured in the correct orientation and part count. The .3mf project file uses the .2 speed profile for a MK4s printer.

NOTE! If you are printing each item individually, make sure to use a brim for the box parts. I was having pretty bad warping until i used a brim of 3mm for both box parts. The knobs can be printed without a brim.

I created this box to fit the Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty 130 SQ FT box. The cardboard box dimensions are roughly 321mm long, 56mm wide and 54mm tall.

The box body does need to be glued together using super glue or another strong adhesive.
