One of the clips on the original washer door plunger broke so I created this replacement. Keep the original spring and free the magnet from the original plastic piece (challenging) or use a few 15mm or so neodymium magnets stacked.
To be printed in vase mode. I used PETG and a .4mm nozzle with a layer height of .2mm. I used a .8mm bottom and .9mm wall thickness. (Yes, you can print thick vase mode walls even with a smaller nozzle.)
To assemble, place the magnet in the completed print, then the spring (smaller end down), and then push it into the hole in the door with the tabs aligned to the slots. You could use glue or tape to secure the magnet to the print but the spring will hold it in place without anything.
