When my last soldering iron broke, I had to look around for a new one. After doing some research online, I decided on a TS101 soldering iron. One reason was that it can be flexibly supplied with voltage. As I often have to do soldering work outdoors, I was also looking for a rechargeable battery solution for the TS101. I quickly came across the option of using an adapter to make batteries from well-known systems usable. As we have a lot of BOSCH devices with Power4All batteries in the house, it made sense to use them for this too.
But the available models didn't really convince me. One model, however, turned out to be a good starting point. So I remixed the model and added a holder for the XT60 plug. For the connection I use these 6.3mm Crimp Terminal Brass Wire Connector and XT60 Connector XT60 Male Female. I bent the small tongue of the crimp plug 90° so that it prevents the plug from slipping in and out of the adapter. The two crimp plugs can also be fixed in place with hot glue. The base plate and the Topcover are held together by three M3x12 screws.

The author remixed this model.
I adapt it to fit a female XT connector inside the model.
