This display bar uses 8mm steel balls to hold paper/drawings/notes in place for display purposes, while being easy to remove. Just push paper into the slit in the bottom to display, and gently pull on the paper to remove. Multiple sheets of paper can be held in at once, and small notes can be added and removed beside each other, independent of one another.

The display bar comes in three different sizes:

  • Short
  • Medium (can fit an A4 sheet vertically, and can be printed on a 250mmx250mm build plate)
  • Long (can fit an A4 sheet horizontally, and can be printed on a 300mmx300mm build plate)

After printing the bar it needs to be filled with 8mm bearing balls, and then sealed with the printed end cap, which is attached using an m3 screw (any length form 6-15mm will work)

The display bar is intended to be attached to whatever surface you like with double sided tape.

I printed mine using PETG-CF with the following settings on my Qidi Plus4

  • 4 walls
  • 4 top/bottom layers
  • 20% grid infill
  • No supports

If you would like these in a specific length, leave a comment and I will upload additional models:)
