Improved snap together case for the common Chinese 10 MHz OCXO circuit board.

Description
PDFI had to very slightly increase the size of the circuit board mounting holes, just using a drill bit by hand, to get the board to drop into the bottom of the case.
I printed with PLA and have had no heat issues running the circuit board at 13V for hours.
The top case must be printed with the top side up because of the filament color change.

Differences of the remix compared to the original
Added holes for frequency adjustments and power LED. Increased clearance for input power connector. Added retention features on left and right sides. Added second color legends.
