PG7 mount for Galileo 2 Extruder with wire slot for BTT CANBUS cable

This is a great PG7 mount that worked well with my BTT SB2209 RP2040 board since it it out of the way from the connector, however I'm also using the BTT CANBUS cable (the one with the pre-molded XT60+2 connector on it) and there was no way to get this cable through the mount hole.   This remix adds a 5.5mm wide slot so you can feed the cable into the threaded part of the mount, then screw down the PG7 and connect the connector to your board.

Added a slot to allow a pre-terminated cable to slide into the PG7 threaded hole.
