Protean stock notched cover for 5mm steel rod

No need to buy notched bar, put 5mm steel round bar into this notched print.

You could buy a Worker Blaster stock, or a copy of the Chinese factory part, or you could buy 8mm rods and grind and file like a hero, or you could buy 5mm steel round bar and put this printed notched cover on.

In the photo, the whole thing is being held up by 1 rod and it's not bending. I used 5x250mm stainless steel round bar. It cost like 2 dollars. M5 threaded rod is weaker.

You may need a hammer or glue to assemble it. Recommend printing it flat, with a brim.

Extra note if you're unfamilar with steel grades, you want stainless steel or it will rust. There are various grades, A2, A4, 302, 316, 304, 18/8 and 18/10 are all stainless, the name depending on where you live. Avoid mild steel.
