My friend Rachel broke the pins on the lid of her Beaba Baby Cook Solo. This is a simple replacement. She reports it has been working fine for the past week. (Note: There is no contact of this part with food, it is part of a mechanical assembly.)
This is a super simple model: really just a cylinder with the correct dimensions and a notch on the end. But handy if you need a quick replacement and don't want to model it yourself. The original part is injection molded and thus unnecessarily complicated.
No special print instructions needed. I used PLA, with 0.2 mm layer heights, printed tall-axis upright with no supports. Be sure to clean the print bed well with isopropyl alcohol so you have good print adhesion (ignore slicer warnings about this). There is a small screwdriver notch on one side (rotate it so this faces the top), which is present in the original part, but it not strictly necessary.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
