Optimized dart storage diameter and barrel diameter to reduce dead space to a minimum to get more fps and reliability out of an inline clip and to make flicking downwards unnecessary
It sounds like a whip when shooting and can reach up to 90 fps with a stock Micro2.
→ best fps results with red X-Shot short darts
(Worker and Dart Zone darts also work great)
Inline clip for 3x short darts in silencer style for front loading foam dart blasters.
I optimized and adjustet it for the new X-Shot Micro 2.0.
But other frontloader could also work with it, if the volume of the plunger tube is similar.
(I added also a version for the older and weaker Micro 1)
Flicking the blaster before shooting is NOT necessary because I kept the inner diameter of the dart storage area very tight and adjustet the diameter and length of the barrel to the plunger volume of the Micro2. The dart is therefore transported to the narrower barrel area by the air pressure itself during shooting.
My auto feeding inline clip is also integrated in Domochevsky's new double action Micro 2.0 reshells (also available here on Printables)
Attach suitable o-rings to the designated recesses to connect the inline clip airtight to the barrel of the blaster. Just push the connecting tube with the O-ring seal into the barrel of the blaster.
The air restrictor and the dart post MUST be removed in any case, otherwise the airflow will not be correct!
With this auto feeding inline clip, for once DO NOT SAND THE BARREL AREA smooth so that some additional friction is created on the layer lines to hold the following dart securely.
The files are already pre-oriented.
It only needs approx 44g of filament.
My print settings for PLA:
0,2mm layer height
5 walls
20% gyroid infill
7 top and bottom shell layers
no supports needed
